Loosing weight with confidence
Recommended by my brother in law who has a positive outcome encouraged me to give a try to reduce the belly.After two weeks of the purchase, I do one thousand in the morning and another thousand in the afternoon.Yes it hurts and created some bruises in back area, but my belly is starting to reduce.I wore 2-3 tee shirts sometimes.I want to trust my brother in law who have lost more than 5lbs in a first month.Loosing weight with simple hoolahooping is something everyone should do.

Hurts as heck
Maybe it's supposed to - but it hurts a lot, so I can't use it :(After trying it out for once - I got bruises all over my waist area :(

Great Hoop
It’s a wonderful hoop. Yes, it’s a little painful and bruised me in the beginning but it has also helped relieve some pressure in my hips and sciatica nerves.
