The unit was packed better than expected but FedEx still managed to damage it. The inlet hose is pretty much worthless because it uses a weird locking collar that only fits a faucet you might see in a developing country. The extra loud beeps are annoying when changing settings but hopefully they can be disabled. The plastic housing isn't the best but it does reduce the over-all weight so that's acceptable. It only has 1 water inlet so you'll need to get the correct hose and/or faucet adapters. According to the listing it has a drainage pump but the instructions say it can only discharge to 10 CM which isn't much and based on where the drum is located it looked to me like it's just using gravity to drain. Despite the issues outlined above it works pretty good. It's a little louder than i had hoped but not a deal breaker. Mine took a hard hit to one side which broke the handle area so i may have to return this if it malfunctions but so far so good.

This washing machine worked wonderfully and saved us so much in laundromat prices that it basically paid for itself in the time that it was functional. Maneuverability is great provided you have one of those wheeled foundations for it so you can just roll it out of storage when you're ready to use it. Unfortunately, last week the plastic hose that draws out the water from the drum before being pumped out of the drain hose got a tiny hole in it which turned into a tear. I hoped some rubber sealant and/or waterproof tape would fix the issue but it was too little, too late. I sent a message to the seller I purchased it from 5 days ago (8/25/21) because I remember there being a 1-year limited warranty paper paired up with the instruction manual (unfortunately misplaced, but I'm trying to find it) but have yet to hear any response which is so disappointing. I purchased this washer despite it not having a ton of reviews because most of them were very positive; even ones where they said something went wrong with their unit, they still gave a decent rating because of how responsive and helpful customer service was about obtaining a replacement. And I could've sworn back when I was originally researching portable washer options there was an official Kuppet website... I tried to find it again by searching on Google to see if I could contact the manufacturer directly for the warranty request, but no dice. I'm going to send the seller another message here through Amazon and will be crossing my fingers. If they respond, then I'll happily update my review to reflect that. But as things stand, I have to warn fellow customers to be a bit wary unless blowing $200-$300 on a portable washer isn't a huge blow to your wallet.

I placed my order for a KUPPET and received a HANAI, which are very similar. So far it works but why did I get the same item with a different brand??

Great washer but it leaks after a while. Perfect for small spaces

After buy product it stopped working after a month, I reached out to the company and the sent me a new one back in May, here it is November and this one as also stopped working properly. Outside of both of them leaking water and not spinning during the spin cycle the washer did work and wash the clothes clean. It’s unfortunate that the product is just not a all around good product .

It cleans very well and fits in my tiny house My problem is connecting it to the faucet There is very little instruction on this The screws were difficult to connect to keep it in place I would have chosen a different machine if I had known how difficult it would be

Great for my studio apartment! I bought a dollie so its easy to move. Instructions aren't great but it's an awesome machine! I recommend buying a sink adapter.

Update: the drain house split. It washes amazingly!!!!!! But about a month of having it and it leakes water!!!! Still washes great though!! Apart from the leaking it washes better than a full sized washer. I just rush the seller Would get back with me to make it right
