Eye drops are amazing bottle is hard to squeeze
As others said, the eye drops are amazing, but as someone with rheumatoid arthritis, it gets increasingly hard to squeeze as you use them. A redesign of the bottle would be an improvement on a pretty great product. My only question is why canāt I find more to buy? Looks like there was a recall for eye drops but I canāt figure out if these fall into that category.

Fantastic product, ignore the other bad reviews!
After reading a mixture of happy and unhappy reviews of these eyedrops, I had to try this for myself. As it turned out, these eyedrops ARE the best out of all other brands I tried. They really do help keep your eyes lubricated much longer and more comfortably than whatever other ones out there on the market and so you only have to apply them only 2-3 times per day.The only downside like other reviewers have said is the dropper bottle itself. It's hard to squeeze out drops and it then starts becoming all sucked-in due to the air being sucked permanently out of the bottle - But this is done on purpose so that you don't accidentally over-squeeze out excessive drops since this product isn't exactly very cheap. Solution? Get a recently emptied eyedrops bottle (so it's already sanitary since you didn't use it for anything else), unscrew the cap, use sharp scissors and carefully cut off the top of the homeopathic drops and then transfer all of the contents in there. VoiĆ ! You got your new dropper bottle, problem solved!

Drops are great; bottle, not so much
These drops are great! They really soothe my dry eyes, and I believe they've helped a lot. However, I would only give them 4 stars because of the bottle they come in (see picture). The bottle collapses as I use the drops to where I can't get any more out after a while, even though there is still liquid in the bottle. Please, fix the packaging and they will be the best eye drops I've used for my dry eyes!

These really work!!
I've been suffering with dry, irritated, sandy feeling eyes for several years. I had to switch from monthly to daily use contacts. I tried numerous products: saline drops, hyaluronic eye drops (helpful), ointment at night (helped but left my eyes red), Refresh Optive Mega-3 eye drops (really helpful at reducing irritation), drops of organic caster oil at night (very helpful, I still do this), Refresh Optive Lubricant Eyedrops (these were horrible, made my eyes gummy). But at best, these only "managed or minimized" the problem. My eyes were still dry and I was worried I would have to discontinue using contacts. Then I tried Natural Opthalmics Women's Tear Stimulation Homeopathic Eye Drops. Despite my being experienced with using homeopathic remedies, I am astounded at the difference. My eyes are rarely dry anymore. I started using drops about 4 times a day and have reduced to twice a day. My eyes aren't dry and don't feel gritty or irritated. I am no longer having any problems wearing contacts. I've been using the drops for about a month. My only issue with the product is that after using about 2/3 of the drops, I can't squeeze any more out of the bottle. It's frustrating, but I'm willing to put up with this issue because of how well the drops works. It's life changing.

Great drops, awful bottle design
I agree with other reviewers that these drops are excellent, they have REALLY helped with my chronic dry eye condition I've had for a few years. I am so delighted to have found them.BUT the bottle design is awful! Otherwise this would be five stars. It's nearly impossible to get the drops to come out. You have to squeeze like mad and if I had arthritis (thank goodness I don't) I would never be able to get them out. These should come in single-use vials like Thera Tears Extra Dry Eye Therapy Lubricant or at the very minimum, a bottle that works. They're very pricey for something you have to fight to get at.

Product good - bottle really bad
Bought a few times before . The product is good as usual, but the redesigned bottle is terrible. Air never seems to go back into it to re-inflate it. So you're left with a squished bottle of liquid that is impossible to get any drops out of. Likely will not buy again unless there is another redesign.

Amazing
A little bit pricey but great product for what is advertised for. If you are not in a hurry to treat your condition and have great results afterwards this product would not dissapoint.
