Wrong size and being charged half the value to return!
The reel provided is half the size of the original and simply doesn’t fit the trimmer!I would return it but considering I’m being charged £2.79 (which will be deducted from the £5.50 I’ve paid) I simply don’t see the point.Be very wary of this product as it simply does not fit Power Devil PDG4009LT and if you make the same mistake I did you won’t get all your money back.

Late delivery but great product.
The order was late arriving and I thought it was missing so I put a negative review on Amazon. The customer service response was excellent and they politely offered to refund my money immediately although their records showed the goods as dispatched.The spool then arrived this afternoon and it was a Royal Mail issue .....It’s absolutely great. It fits easily onto my strimmer and works really well on my very tough grass. The quality and price of this product are first rate . I would recommend anyone else to use this company.

Perfect fit and a good price.
As usual, I searched around before ordering this, but even if found cheaper elsewhere, the cost of postage is always a prohibitive. It makes no sense to me to pay the same or more for the postage as the cost of the item.The best price for exactly what I needed.
