Q: How long does it take to charge?

Not sure exactly, I usually just plug it in my computer and leave it a couple of hours.

Q: Can you charge it up by mobile phone

Not sure about that but mine is faulty now after a couple of uses and the light switches off after a few mins and doesn’t go on again, waaaah!! Tried recharging but it’s just faulty. I wouldn’t recommend this brand on this basis.

Q: How do you plug in to charge

Hi yes you nead to 're.ove the lighting unit from the holder in the hat there us a cover/tab over the usb charging connecter wich you can use to unclip the unit from the hat then slide the cover off to reveal the usb charging port plug in it will start off Red then go Green wen fully charged x
