Whey hey…
Homemade ricotta is a process. And sometimes it curds up great but often it is a little thin. And that is where this strainer falls short. I opt for strainers with small holes so that I’m not losing precious cheese, because you use a lot of milk to make ricotta. I’m not doing it to make lumpy whey.
