HARSITHAA TRADING COMPANY Kitchenware Iron Kadhai 12 Inch Loha

The kadhai is made from a thinner than expected iron sheet, bright mild steel I guess, the material is thin to the point of being a bit filmsy, I expected a thicker, heavier material. And quality of the iron sheet was also poor with poor finish, it even has damages on the cooking surface. I won't recommend this product from the seller Harsithaa Trading Company.I bought two 12 inch iron kadhais from two different sellers in Amazon, this one was the costlier one @450/- + 50/- delivery charge, total Rs.500/-, but yet, this one is far inferior than the other kadhai I bought from a different seller @30% cheaper price. Iron kadhais are actually cheap (though safer to cook than in other materials), but difficult to find in local shops, so we buy online at higher prices, but cannot we expect a good quality for the price we pay? And what about the defects? When we cannot check the product in person before buying, it becomes the seller's responsibility to check the product before despatching, but the seller failed to do that. Sad..

Perfect for all dry cooking and frying. Curries tend to get a darker shade if left in d kadai, u will have to transfer curries to retain the original color of the curry otherwise it will start to get darker sort of browish black!!
