I ordered this clay for some spots on my car and to use clay on my wife’s entire vehicle. It’s a lot of clay for the money. Don’t bother buying clay bar kits for $20+. I used soap and water as a lubricant and my wife’s car was so smooth after. It was really rough before. Or if you have a detailing spray you can use it as a lubricant. That’s usually what is included in clay bar kits along with a microfiber towel. I’ve never used clay on a car but I didn’t do any damage or have any trouble. It was easy. I did read up on it and watch a few videos first. The clay is also very tacky so it will pull off contaminants while you use it. I still have 2 full bars left after working with both cars. The resealable container is a nice touch. I will definitely buy these again whenever I run out. That may be a while.

I compared this clay bar to a different brand of (yellow) clay bar, and the performance is much worse. This orange clay bar wouldn’t remove brake/rail dust, but some leftover yellow clay bar I had to use to remove it.

My first clay bar purchase, and I think it does a great job. I used one bar for two different cars, and it still seems good enough to keep using. Just keep the surface of the paint lubricated when using or it could stick. I used a small amount of car wash and water in a spray bottle. That worked perfectly.

I did my entire subaru with half of one of the clay bars so you get plenty of life out of this package. It decontaminated the paint perfectly before I did the polish and sealant. Good purchase, especially for beginners.

This stuff falls apart as soon as you start using it. We ordered this because it looked comparable to the brand we bought at a local store but pricing was better. You get what you pay for this this. We were almost completely out of our other clay bar so we decided to go ahead and try this. Thank goodness we did as it does NOT work!

Sticky and easily formed. For well cared for paint (sans heavy tar deposits) it does it’s job and you can quickly clay your car in under 15 minutes. Nice glassy, smooth result awaits your wax. Well worth the cash outlay,

Product is absolutely garbage, has no tackiness and barely removed anything as it does not adhere to the cars surface whether it’s the window or painted metal. Don’t buy this garbage, stick to the trusted brands such as mother’s, chemical bros, meguiars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!
