I found the Codiart Stretch Out Band to be a very useful fitness tool. I tend to get super tight in my legs, especially hamstrings, and stretching often falls by the wayside because, frankly, it's boring and time consuming. While this band doesn't cut down on the amount of time that should be spent stretching following a workout, it does make it less mundane and, in my opinion, more effective.The band has an attractive look to it-brightly colored, braided silicone with colorful beads. Because the sturdy silicone material is soft, it doesn't pinch or pull skin during use and is also non-irritating.The beads can be used to roll along the bottom of the foot or back during stretching to increase comfort, but I also found that during certain stretches it can actually be used as a handle or grip. The item doesn't come with detailed instructions on use, but I've found it pretty self explanatory and easy to experiment with.The band is lightweight and flexible so it can be conveniently tossed into a gym bag or hung out of the way on a hook. It can be used in just about any setting, including at work or while sitting through long classes.Honestly, anyone would benefit from this product. We all have stress that results in tight muscles and I don't know anyone who stretches as often as they should. The media could not be loaded.  I received this item with in the time frame quoted to me at time of purchase.I decided to order this product for myself as I am trying to get back in shape and have been taking boot camp classes which works every muscle in your body so stretching is super important now I’m seeing. This product is pretty cool allowing you to do just that. I have been able to stretch my shoulders, back, legs and hamstrings just as described by the seller. I am not very flexible so this product has shown me that I can work on things I didn’t realize I could before. I’m definitely happy about buying it and plan to put it to good use. My dad will more than likely use it as well as he had knee surgery and has to do a certain number of stretches daily. Anyone, any age or gender can use this product. Cute resistance band but does not allow for much flexibility is use. The braided bands provides quite a bit on tension and so it will give you a good stretch. Silicone is soft and does not irritate skin, even when bare. Works very well as stretching out hamstrings but I am still looking for more ways to use this items and to make use of the beaded portion. Most bands do not have them so this one can (1) add to the handle grip and make it easier to hold on to and (2) gather them at the center for use were your foot will go. Can provide a bit of a cushion for your foot while using this product. Still learning more ways to use it as there were not very detailed instructions or tips for use. Suggested exercises would be a helpful addition. Sample product discounted for review purposes.
