I,ve been trying different hair supplements, this so far has worked the best, l,ve been using for a month an a half and my hair looks so much healther shinny and has grown ,not alot but it has grown lm happy with this product.

Really works. I have female pattern baldness. Thanks Mom! These supplements taken consistently really do help. After the first month I noticed less hair falling out and my nails were longer and stronger. After 3 months my hair stylist noticed that I had new growth in the thinned areas. Is it going to miraculously change your hair from thin to thick? No product can do that, but this product can add some thickness, less hair loss and your skin and nails also benefit. The pills are on the larger size and have a slight smell as most supplements do. But the results far out way any of that. Will definitely continue using these supplements.

I’ve been taking these twice a day since November 2021. I was losing a lot of hair during the pandemic. The hair loss is still higher than normal but it seems to be less than before. In addition my hair feels thicker and much softer, especially closer to my scalp. I would say about 6 inches of my hair from the roots out feels much better — more like my pre-menopause hair. I’m going to continue taking it for a while and see if the improvements continue. It’s not cheap but it works better than the supermarket brand I used before. I see no difference in my skin or nails, so far.

I believe this vitamin is the best for my hair. It helps keep my hair thick and shiny. I do take 2 a day. And I’m 72 years old so that’s a really big help to have such young looking hair.

So, I have been using well-known brand name and obscure, never heard of "hair, skin, and nails" supplements for nigh on ten years now, with no appreciable improvement in my hair, my skin, or my nails. But, because I'm persistent if I'm anything, I decided--based on reviews--to try yet one more supplement. And, because I know that it sometimes takes more than 30 days for a product to show results, I bought the three bottle package. I am only on my second bottle and HOLY COW! Once again, my refusal to give in or give up and live with the status quo has paid off. The bald spot I've been trying to solve is completely covered with hair. The skin on my hands, which was already pretty nice, seems younger (and at my age, I'll take any improvement I can get). My nails, which have been prone to splitting and breaking and have been plagued by lots of vertical ridges are completely smooth. One of my 10 nails still feels a bit weak, but there has otherwise been a significant, visible improvement in my nails. This product is staying on my subscription list and I'm cancelling my standing orders for all other similar products. These can be hard to swallow because they really do stink. They help my nails and seems to nourish my hair, but it does not grow hair. I’m yet to find anything that helps alopecia.

I have noticed a difference in my nails. So much stronger. Not sure of about the effect on my hair but my nails are definitely stronger.

I like this product as it is formulated for hair, skin and nails. Jean
