My favorite new pan

I needed a small square grill pan, and this is perfect.

I use this griddle on my induction burner for nearly everything. With just 2 people to cook for, it's perfect. Because it's square, I can grill 2 sandwiches at once, and lunch is ready. I've even used it for omelets and scrambled eggs. The short side wall is just high enough. After a couple of months of virtually daily use, the non-stick still works like a TV ad. I really can tip the pan and slide the food onto the plate.

I love this griddle. 4 slices of bread fit, 2 larger slices fit. I split English muffin and an egg or two in egg rings fit. The food is cooked evenly and does not stick. Just what I wanted in a small griddle for one or sometimes 2 if I feel generous and the other person doesn't eat too much. I made 2 patty melts on rye side by side just fine. I would buy it again. The handle coming off is a nice feature but I don't use it. It was easier for hubby to get off than me but I have wimpy hands.

I have only used this griddle a few times. At first, I was very pleased although the handle did not seem secure. In the meantime, the removable handle has come off and can no longer be secured.

Bought this to use with my induction hot plate. Great for making pancakes. Seems to be pretty well made but not too heavy. Also made scrambled eggs with it.
