Really pleased with this tracker bought for my 7yr old grandson he loves it . Would definitely recommend.

I have 2 of these one for my 7 year old and one for my 9 year old..The 7 year old can track her steps in a fun way when we go out as a family.. thays pretty much all its good for.My 9 year old enjoys tracking his steps when he plays football and different sports at school but it's not any good for the other apps on the watch.It's not reliable enough to track sleep for example.You do get what you pay for, not good as a sports watch but fine as an educational toy perhaps

So disappointed with this watch! My boy loved it and was so excited to get it. Came to charging it for the first time and it’s a dud! Just will not charge at all in any USB port. I followed all the instructions and even put it as a question on here but I was doing everything right and inserting the correct end of the watch and still nothing. Now I am having to return it because the battery is dead and it won’t even switch on! Very annoying and unnecessary.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my ten year old son and he is going to love it! The tracker itself is really easy to use and has a really clear colourful display, plus you get two interchangeable straps, so he can change it up to match his look! The tracker has all of the usual features that you would expect, such as step counting run tracking, stop watch, blood pressure, sleep monitor etc. But also features phone tracking, SMS reading and 11 different sports modes! I also like how you don't need an extra wire to charge it, as the watch just plugs straight in to your USB port!

My poor daughter was heartbroken, having saved up her pocket money to buy this particular Fitbit - she had her eye on it because she particularly liked the design and the strap colours. It looked great on - but once it lost the charge it came with, it was impossible to recharge in any charger. I have now seen in other reviews (wish I'd read these first!) that this problem is not unique to us, so it does seem to be a fault with the device rather than anything we are doing wrong. I note that other reviewers report that it also doesn't count steps accurately - we never got that far to be able to find out because of not being able to recharge it, but those reports also don't bode well.

I was initially sent the wrong strap colour, after contacting the seller, they couldn’t do enough to rectify the situation. They have since sent me a completely new watch with the correct colour. Very quick and impressive customer care. I love these watches, my son had one for a few years and never had a problem with it. A friend was too boisterous and broke the strap on the old model so I re bought the same brand as it had been so reliable and fantastic value for money for a child. Highly recommended.

I recommend this product! I like the fact that it comes with interchangeable straps. 7 year old son has enjoyed wearing it. Not always accurate in readings, and has to be charged often. But for a first fitness watch for a younger child it’s good.
