Cold Air Intake Kit with Filter fit for Dodge 1994-2001 Ram 1500 & 1994-2002 Ram 2500 V8 5.2L 5.9L (Black)

No instructions but pretty straight forward. Not exact fit, but close a little wiggling got it in and lined up. Red air hose not even close to long enough. Trip to auto parts will solve that issue. Sounds great definitely breathes better. At this price a great value. Will see how it performs.....

I had ti modify mine made from cheap material some featues didnt fit correctly and i had to glue broken plastic and aluminum tape seams where plastic was not sealing properly. Also rubber bushing came unatatched from air box in like a week!

Easy to assemble, easy to install. My problem, however, was that the provided hose was too short to reach to the hose I unplugged from the factory air intake, even after flipping the intake tube with the hose piece closer to the disconnected hose. I had to get some hose that would fit but now the tube is not secured to the heat box like it should be, so now I'm gonna get some more hose and pull the tube off and put it on the right way. I definitely noticed a little difference in the driveability of the truck, it'll speed up a little faster with it, and as mentioned before assembly and installation was simple, just provided with a hose that wouldn't fit.

Quick install.! Came with some extra bolts and stuff that I didn’t use but definitely improved my trucks airflow

Old intake was breaking apart. New intake is nice and can fell the differents instantly. I did have problems with the red hose reaching PVC valve. Just buy a new one.

Bought one of these for another car, every thing was there. This one did not come with instruction sheet or parts list.

Does it make a difference; yes. However, even though the components seem of decent quality, I had to remove material from the plastic throttle body to fit. I had to re-drill several holes to assemble the heatshield box, and I had to cheat the angle of the intake pipe ( for the length), and stretch the inner ends of the hose to fit the pcv valve...A half hr job became a 2 hr job. Still; for those who don't mind doing some extra little problem solving, I recommend it. The price is pretty decent for what it is. How long will it last, well.. we'll see and update in the future.All in all, I feel like it's an effective upgrade from the crummy air trapping accordion plastic crap that's O.E. I'd say 3.5 out of 5. Sounds nice as well.I've done the Hughes plenum fix/upgrade, the Warner 46/47re complete electronic and spring rebuild kit, band adjustment, summits complete electrical upgrade (wires, ngk igniter, iridium plugs, dis cap and rotor) shorty headers, kegger intake mod, 3" high flow Jones exhaust, and 3" complete exhaust system.With the addition of this cold air, everything together makes it such a different and enjoyable experience to drive. So if you want to fall in love with your 2nd gen all over again, I suggest you guys look into those upgrades. (Have a tuner on the way to fix the retarded timing death flash.)Hope I've been able to help. Cheers guys

El kit está bien construido, se adapta muy bien a los orificios existentes de la camioneta, sin embargo la manguera de unión con la toma de aire se queda corta y tienes que comprar una 7 CM más larga, por lo demás todo bien.
