I am taking this for longevity and anti-aging, so a review is difficult, but I will say that this NMN is a part of my wellness routine that I would not be willing to part with. Combined with other supplements, exercise, & proper nutrition, I feel better than I ever have (I’m in my mid-30’s) and often get comments that people “can’t believe” my age. I will continue using this supplement!

Thanks for offering this product. I have been taking it and so far so good. I was taking it before bed, but I was waking up early morning and couldn't fall back asleep. I switched to morning and I don't ever need a nap anymore. Those are just my subjective experiences though. I plan on continuing taking long term. I was taking a nicotinamide riboside supplement before, but switched to NMN.

I'm taking the supplement for 5-6 month. I feel like it improves the physical stamina. The effect is not dramatic, but seems to be real.
