As described and unlike the last ones we ordered popped right in with no extra effort. At less than a sixth of the cost of a OEM filter. Can not find a bypass capp or would do away with it entirely as our water does not need it.

Same item as the more expensive units sold in box stores, much better value.And worx the same.

I have been buying aftermarket filters (all different brands) for my Samsung refrigerator for at least 10 years and this is the first time the filters I bought have not fit. The threads on these filters are slightly different than the previous filter. I have pushed and twisted VERY firmly and it won't fit my RS264ABSH Samsung Fridge. The DA29-00003G is supposed to fit.I bought these last October to use this year so I imagine I can't return them. I am going to try to "horse" it into place but I fear I may damage the refrigerator by twisting and pushing so hard.

Works great...just the same as the super expensive Samsung filters. Water tastes clean!

This filter has a good flow but doesn't go in easily. It takes a significant amount of force to put in. It feels like installing it could break the fridge where it attaches. The original filter goes in and out very smoothly. I will not take the chance of breaking my fridge again

Easy to install

It is recommended to replace this filter after only 3 months. Other filters I've bought in the past are 6 month filters. Cheaper to get the 6 month filters than two 3 month filters.

I bought 4 of these thinking I'll need them eventually. But amazon lied in their description and they don't fit my Samsung fridge. I'm so made at amazon for costing me money I'm going to cancel my membership.
