I actually bought two of these. One for my 6 year old in a Small which was perfect. I bought the other for my 10 year old (my youngest was going as Alice from Alice in Wonderland while my oldest was going as American McGee's Alice). I bought hers in a Medium because she normally wears a size 7 or 8. The only issue with her dress was that the skirt was actually a bit shorter than I would have liked. However, that's the price you pay for long legs.The costume itself was wonderful. There were few loose threads that were coming out, but nothing that actually affected anything. The apron is actually quite difficult to put on. I felt ridiculous being bested by a costume apron, but with a little teamwork, my girls and I were able to put it on them.

Instructions say hand wash and dry flat even though it's polyester. It arrived in a baggie and was completely wrinkled and I could NOT get them out. There was an especially annoying crease right through the collar making it stick up awkwardly. I tried ironing, spritzing and air drying and finally ignored the instructions and machine washed and dried it on delicate... STILL WRINKLED. They seem to be permanent. I have again washed and dried on regular heat and while improved, there are still creases and lines on the dress and the collar is out of shape.

For the price this is excellent quality def above average bagged costumes. We uses this to turn I to an American mcgess Alice costume for my 9 year old. She is very petite and the medium fit like a glove ... The only minor complaint is the serging on sleeves would have looked better finished another way but still fantastic costume

This a surprising well built costume. My daughter loves it. It survived a day of play at school and an after school play date at the park. It is long enough to cover my tall one. I was very pleasantly surprised by this costume. The apron is a little confusing for my daughter, but ties beautifully. The collar is well attached and is sized appropriately for the dress.

Maid costume to be used as Alice in Wonderland. Runs small. But we have s skinny 8 year old. Fingers crossed the medium fits (looks crazy small). But gorgeously made!! You won’t find anything better online for this price!

I got a medium for my daughter who just turned 3 and is 33lbs. She’s a little tall for her age. It’s a little big on her but because the apron ties it can cinch it at the waste and it looks great!

This was disappointing. There were loose strings and bits unravelling.
