The battery is amazing
Best mobile phone I ever bought. I bought this for the battery life and it's amazing. You can even play or watch videos for hours and he doesn't consume much battery. I went on a trip fro three days, used the phone to make calls and check google maps all the time. I never needed to charge it back. Came back home with still 25% of battery. Great screen and good quality camera as well for what I need.

Good phone for all ages
My sister needed new smart phone that didn't break the bank, and after reading reviews decided on this phone. So far it's a very good phone and she loves it over her old Samsung that was over 7 years old. Her old phone was a lot smaller than this one and does take a bit of time to get use to it when putting into a pocket or bag, but worth the little bit of hassle.

Great budget phone with humungous battery
This is my fourth Motorola, so I really like the brand. It has a beast of a battery and I find all the features exactly suit my needs. Camera and screen are excellent and the large size is perfect for scrolling the net. Transfer of data and apps went very smoothly and there was no big learning curve involved. The only one downside for me - and I didn't realise it before purchasing - is that although it's dual sim, you cannot use an SD card if you need the second sim slot. You can use two sims OR one sim and an SD card, you can't have both features. It's a good job that the internal storage capacity is generous at 128G, but I'd prefer to have more available if required. I don't understand why Motorola downgraded this aspect for the G9 Power.

Insanely good.
Never be a slave to your phone battery again, the battery lasts for days.

Good phone for the money
Had a g7 power before, battery life more or less the same, lasts me 2 to 3 days. Nice big screen and good value

Excellent phone.
Motorola do not make bad phones. They are always good value, and give way more in specs for the price. The G9 Power is no exception. Decent screen, responsive, multi tasks with ease, and fantastic battery life.

A significant upgrade
I hung onto my Moto G5 for a long time as it did the job, but this is a welcome upgrade. I use a lot of battery (mostly playing games) and the G5 needed frequent top-up charges - the G9 power lasts all day. The extra cpu and memory make my games much more responsive. I should have checked the size as the larger handset was a surprise when it arrived, but I like a big screen - it's just a bit big for my pocket...

Exclusive and great phone
Currently, am enjoying everything from the battery life to the camera resolution it's exclusive. Am still observing anyway but for now, no issues.

Battery life is FANTASTIC, G9 Power is good value for $300
I cannot speak to the face recognition or fingerprint reader features as I've not used them but the battery is AMAZING. It's a 6000 mAh that lasts all day and night. That was what sold me on this particular phone and its battery longevity is living up to the promises. I've read reviews that were critical of the speakers but they sound fine to me. At 6.8" the screen is large which is nice but I'm finding the phone size problematic when it comes to fitting it in pockets. Pretty much anything I've not liked about this phone I've been able to change by altering setting to my taste. For instance this phone has no physical navigation buttons on the screen side. It wanted me to use all kids of annoying gestures to get around but I was able to change it to have virtual navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen. So far almost all issues like this I've been able to adjust. You can find phones with better specs but not many offer as much as this phone boasts at a $300 price point. Also, it's ready to upgrade to Android 11 once available.

Great phone
For the money, this is a great phone. You never have to worry about the battery. Takes great photos. Is not slow. I am not a tecchie guy who gives a crap about stats and specs, so this is great for me. Have owned every moto g since the g1. Pretty big though - so know that going in.

Worst camera ever. And because its "international version" Motorola Canada won't support.
It is hilarious the product description says "Always have the right camera for the right moment". The camera takes a few seconds to open. So more often than not, we MISS to capture the moment. When the camera is ready the moment is gone. Tried everything to fix it, when I simply should have returned it.I was naive enough to think that Motorola would help and there would be a fix. Motorola Canada washed their hands because it is an international version and therefore not in their warranty policy. In other words, you're on your own. This was a birthday gift to wife. You can imagine the disappointment of dealing. with the worst camera in the history of cell phone cameras. Not only it is terribly slow opening but the picture quality is also bad. Doesn't give natural colors and makes photos greyish and kind of metallic.Do not buy. One, it is poor. Two, you won't get Motorola warranty. Don't make the mistake I made.

Certaines defectuosités / minor bugs
(english below). Some features of the phone work incorrectly from time to time, for example, the lock/unlock push button on the side. For hours- up to a day sometimes, we have to push it a dozen of times for it to work once. Then, the day after its ok. These come and go like this since the beginning (i thought it would have gone away with time, or just a one time thing but its not). The phone often restarts for no reason, its sitting on a table and i look it up and its restarting, we're in the car and the same thing. Also the keyboard often bugs (comes and goes also), keys are not registering, long delays before registering, etc. Some days everything is fine, some days its really annoying and unfortunately its not resolving by itself or with the latest os updates. I have a g8 power and a g9 power, the g8 has been working just fine for over a year but the g9 on the other hand has only been trouble for a month now.... Not quite sure i would recommand it to anyone. I am returning it.
