I've never actually used a Prana but I really wanted one for my back muscle tightness. Having never actually used any kind of acupressure mat, I didn't want to splash out on £200+ for one to discover I didn't like it or it didn't work. This 'entry level' acupressure mat does exactly what it says on the tin! Sure... it's not as high end as the Prana but who cares? You can't see it when you're lying down on it!

This is an amazing item, great value and an amazing experience. First minute feels like your back is on fire, almost uncomfortable, but then the sensation slowing dissipates and a warm feeling is evident for the remaining time, I do 20 minutes a night. It relaxes you and provides a feeling of calm. Highly recommended.

Update from below: Seller sent the spiky balls and covered custum chargers. HappyOld review: False advertising. I'm returning as it didn't include the spiky balls.

Rubbish. No effect whatsoever, regardless how long I lie on it

Surprising how lying on a spiky mat could relax and de-stress you! At first I was unsure but after a few minutes I was more than happy to stay. Quality product, great value considering the pillow, massage balls and the drawstring bag which makes for easy storage!
