Kurt Adler 2-3-Inch Wooden Children's Nativity Set with Stable and 10 Figures

I spent a ridiculous amount of time and effort looking foe a nativity set for my daughter and her 4 year old son. The ones I found were too expensive, too fragile, too small, too big, or simply ugly. (I'm not saying there's no place for those, in fact, I have a few of them in my own home, but none were what I was looking for this time.)Then I found this one. I bought it because it was a reasonable price, it looks cute, and it's made of wood, so little hands can explore it safely. Christmas should be a time of exploring for preschoolers, and this nativity fit in perfectly with our celebration.My only suggestion would be that it have some way to lift up the little figures in the back for visibility during display. As it is, they all stand at the same height, the front figures blocking those behind them. Meanwhile, there is a lot of empty space above them. Maybe I'll put some velcro dots on them...

Durable and great for little to play with and not worry about breaking. Good value. Size is good for little hands too.

Very good add for holiday time

Bought this for my grand daughter for Christmas. I wanted a safe, unbreakable nativity set for little hands. My husband and son both think it resembles South Park characters. Not exactly the theme I was seeking.

My kids wanted to play with my nativity set I received after my aunt passed. I got this for them to play with instead and it was a huge hit!
