Battery was a perfect fit and operates the vacuum well except when using "turbo" mode. Then the motor runs for about 10 seconds then shuts off. Pulling trigger again gives a one-to-two second burst of power. And so on. It never has run in turbo mode for longer than 10 seconds and when it starts cutting off, it continues as long as you use the vacuum. It is a higher amp-hour capacity than the original battery, so that may be the problem.

Seems to work as advertised. Two details keep me from rating this with 5 stars: 1) the charging light stays on all the time when the vacuum is plugged in, and 2) the power connector doesn't align correctly with the receptacle. 1) Every other battery we've used only lights when it's actually charging. So, does this particular batter never fully charge? Just keeps you wondering if you're using power unnecessarily. 2) Just a little annoying that you have to push a little harder to plug the unit in for charging and tug it a little harder to remove it for use. Just should be engineered a little better for a good fit.

It stopped working after 11 months. No warranty policy to be found.

Glad it was just a battery and not my vacuum that was broken. Little disappointed in the power that I get out of it but it does the job so I'm pleased

It’s not new and improved! When I bought this battery, I thought it would hold more power and allow me to vacuum my whole house (with max power) as the old one did with one charge. It did not do it at all! I could barely do one room when the red light started coming on. For me to extend the life of the charge, I would have to vacuum on low power, then why bother vacuuming the house!. I have would to resort to going back to my Kirby if I want to get a deep clean.

This battery works great. The battery doesn’t show how much juice is available like the original but it hasn’t died yet.

One blue LED during charging - turns greenish when battery is charged. Stays on until use; then, use the vacuum 5 seconds or 5 minutes, back to blue with no idea of charge remaining.Will be returning.
