GENETICS: A CONCEPTUAL APPROACH 7TH EDITION

A Great book, an incredibly impressive book, that explains all the basics of genetics and molecular biology. And for the classical genetics part the book is incomparable, and highly recommended for both undergraduates and postgraduates. I strongly recommend this book for anyone who loves genetics.

I ordered this text book on Friday afternoon and it arrived the following day - in the morning!! This never happens in Perth (where I live), so I was very impressed.The book itself is recommended reading for the undergrad daughter, so I was very impressed the price and the extraordinary delivery time.

This is a really great textbook, but my professor is giving us pages in the textbook to read and I have no way of finding the pages she is referring to. I see page numbers in the app, but they never correspond to the chapters that we are assigned portions to read. The pages in each chapter in the eBook are always too high. Could anyone tell me which page Chapter 1 starts on? If I knew this, then maybe I can line up the page number in the eBook to the pages in the physical book.

This is a rental book. It is in great shape. Clean colorful pages and intact. Usually, I buy books because I'm hesitant to rent due to their wear and tear. This book has been very helpful. I would rent it again.As for the book, it is very informative. It's detailed information helps me understand genetics. I find it to be a very good book. It helps if you have an understanding of biology.

I was looking forward to the benefits of having a digital textbook: ease of jumping to sections form the table of contents, ease of searching for keywords, ease of using hyperlinks.I got 1 benefit which is searching for keywords, but THAT IS IT. The table of contents is non-existent, the conversion from pages to locations is a major headache. ["locations" instead of "pages" is a general problem for e-text.] Jumping from page to page is also sluggish.I would like to return this rental if I could. I am not happy with it.

This textbook was easy to understand!
