Great customer service
When I got my order, the repair kit was there, but the candles were missing. Trying to go through Amazon for the missing candles was a nightmare because Amazon wanted me to ship back the repair kit in order to get the candles plus another repair kit. I called Brubaker customer service number listed on the Amazon seller page and they were WONDERFUL! They shipped me out the candles no problem.The repair kit worked PERFECTLY and had even the parts for the underside of the pyramid (the part it actually spins on) and it works so well. The fan blades were all perfect and it was so easy to assemble. I didn't even need help with it. So happy with this product and ESPECIALLY the customer service. So hard to find good customer service these days. Love this company.

It works
The blades fit perfectly. The candleholders not so much. They are much thinner than the original holders. I had to add some shims underneath to make them stable enough to hold the candles. It worked. I was able to use my pyramid after it sat for quite a while unused due to broken and missing parts.

Not sure why others had a bad experience.
Everything arrived as pictured. Items were of the same quality as my existing Weinachtspyramide from Germany. Whereas my current pyramid was not working, it worked immediately upon installing the new parts. I am very happy, and will order this package again if I need to in future.

Bought this set for my Daughter Pyramid. Hers were mostly gone. Now She can enjoy it again .

Better than I hoped for
I tried to order from manufacturer in Europe but the cost for shipping was so much higher than the product plus you had to order everything separate. When I bought this I wasn’t sure what I would get. I got pieces I didn’t know I needed. Great!

Perfect for existing pyramid
Has to downsize the candle holders from 2 cm to standard. The cost of just the candles was the same as this package.

Candle holder is up and running again!
The media could not be loaded. Found the body at a thrift store, but it had no candle holders or propellers. This kit did the charm.

Fooled again.
Have not used this yet but by the picture thought candles came with the item but they do not. Again read the small print.
