Satisfying
Somehow satisfying writing with these pens - smooth thin lines. Some colors have limited use (orange). Light-weight - good to have 1 or 2 sets handy.

Good fluid pen set - great color choices
I bought this with some hesitation; I have been disappointed too many times about claims of bold colors and non-smearing, in an ink pen. BUT – I was pleasantly surprised and I love these pens. The colors are not QUITE as bright as I had hoped, but I have not yet met a pen that actually is as bright as I would LIKE them to be. But they do not smear, they dry fast, and the color choices are great. I am an engineer and I teach college students as well – I need colored ink in several instances – to mark up drawings AND to grade student work. I need to write both bold AND crisply (and sometimes SMALL) in order to get my work done. These pens work very well for both purposes.I initially was going to try to 1.2 mm style, but am glad I did not – I need more precision and I would not want to worry over the fatter line getting in the way of my writing. These (0.7mm) work well and are bold enough.I prefer a ball point style, so I don’t have to keep up with the lid. Ink on!

Truly one of the best ballpoint pens out there
The Foray needle point is one of my favorite pens out there. I'm definitely a stationary addict, and while the Foray pens aren't bougie / super expensive / fancy schmancy, these pens are one of the best overall use pens out there.Don't be alarmed by the 0.7 mm thickness, because quite honestly, it doesn't even seem that thick. These pens roll incredibly smoothly that you don't have to press hard. The various colors are all nice. The lighter colors don't have any type of issue when writing. There's no smearing of any kind. Truly truly I love these pens.I've purchased these once in store, but I can't seem to find them in store anymore. So I've purchased them an additional three times after that. I really can't recommend these pens enough - they're really good!

I LOVE THESE PENS
These are my favorite pens to write with. Quality, consistent ink and the grip is nice. This little multi-color pack is ideal for someone that likes to go the extra mile with note-taking.

It's a fine line
Definitely a nice fine line with these 0.7 mm pens. I also have the Foray 1.2 mm pens, which as expected produce a thicker line. Both are quite good. Alas -- I was hoping to replace a set of 1.0 mm pens by the same manufacturer (branded Advanced Ink and sold at a large brick and mortar retailer) but the 1.0 mm pens are evidently not available.Fans of fine line writing should find these to their liking. For much of my work, they're a little too fine. And the colors like pink, red, purple don't stand out as much as I would like -- though blue and black are fine. One pen is entirely wasted with lime green ink. It has its place I suppose, but a forest green ink would have more utility. Alas, forest green is not included.

Best Pens for Extensive Note-Taking
These pens are by far the best I have found for my writing style. I'm a busy engineering student and I take all of my notes by hand in small, tight cursive. These pens glide smoothly, dry fast, and are fine enough to work with my small handwriting yet still bold and easy to read. I love the needle tips and I don't have to worry about losing any pen caps on the go! I purchased a 4-pack at the office store in January and after the black and blue ran out from extensive note-taking over two semesters, I ordered the 8-pack. The green I received is more of a lime, rather than the forest green shown (I do have a forest green pen from my 4-pack as well) but all of the colors are brilliant and bright and are great for highlighting different sections of my notes. I'm tempted to order another pack just to keep a backup!

Love these pens!
Great pens. I use them for my Bible study and they are perfect for the thin pages. No bleed through on the pages. The assorted colors are great too.

Do not buy!
These pens do not write smooth and the ink does not flow well, leaving blank spots in letters/writing. I thought they would be comparable to the name brand gel pens but they are not at all.

Easy glide, not too fine tip, just right.
