No more bending over!
This product works but tends to fold in the middle while in use.

Feels cheap and frail
The overall feeling I get when holding the grabber is lack of confidence. So for the sake of time I'll keep this short and to the point. From front to back the materials feels cheap and fragile. I can't open very wide either so you'll be limited as far as what you can pick up. If all you need is something to pickup the occasional car keys or light objects them maybe you'll be willing to look the other way on this grabbers short comings. It just feels cheap and unable to do any real grabbing or lifting.

Wants to fold up too easily.
You really need to hold this grabber upside down when you use it to keep it from folding up on you.

Picks up even the tiniest flat objects.
I use it often in our new home construction area. There are little round, flat discs, maybe dime thickness, if that. It picks them up easily. And little bits of wire and etc. It's amazing! We have 2!

Works somewhat but ultimately the center doesn't stay locked
Good points: it's not obtrusive, lightweight and folds for storage and the grippers do squeeze together. However when it is extended the center does not stay locked. You reach, try to squeeze the object and the whole thing folds. Very annoying and defeats the purpose.

Lacks grab strength and collapses when unfolded no lock to keep extended
No locking mechanism when unfolded for extension

Works well, good value for the price
This was a good value for the price. I use it to pick up toys at a daycare, and bending over a 100 times a day was hard on my back. The rubber cups grip well, and the folding option allows for easier storage. My only complaint is that the button used to fold it or lock it in the open position is made of a softer plastic than the handle. It hasn’t broke yet, but I’ll see how it holds up after a couple of months.

collapses easily, sometimes doesn't grab
It's always when you need it the most, you discover it doesn't work the way you hoped. I dropped my adjustable bed remote behind the night stand. Can't sleep on a regular flat bed. I have limited mobility and would never be able to pick it up without assistance. The reacher doesn't stay straight and couldn't hold on to the lightweight remote. So fortunate family was over and could help.

Not bad, not great
Bought this as I was tired of cheap dollar store grabbers.Build quality is quite satisfactory but the "grabbing" part doesn't tighten quite enough and whatever you grab has a tendency to fall off.It is pretty good a grabbing soft items and it will not damage anything. However, it is far from great at grabbing hard material off the floor - say cat food bowls - and they will likely slip and fall....

useless and dangerous
finally I got to use this foldable grabbar / the button is useless as it simply folds when lifting something.down goes a lightweight item ,actually it is unreliable and should be recalled. return is not possible after feb.7/.21in future I shall use wheh received

Not adequate for the price
There is too much movement in the folding joint, making it flex. The lock on the joint tends to open. The cups don't curve inward enough, making it difficult to pick up flat or smooth items. They also don't open wide enough to grasp (jars, for example)

stupid headline
The product I ordered is very good. Having to write my own headline, not great. I am very resentful that you actually require this step, or the review will not send. There you have my input.
