When I got seeds some of seeds had parasite holes in them . I let saler know that so thay sent replacement seeds . I took all seeds and put them in a glass of water and all seeds floated. Meaning seeds are dead and not viable . Saler knows nothing about what a fresh live viable seed is vs old dead seeds or incompetent or thay just do not care . Saler gave a refund but what a wast of time and effort. And in the end I really wanted live seeds to grow these beautiful trees instead of having to get a refund . I would NOT order from them again. P.S. I wanted to give a good review

All seeds were floaters (non-viable). I specifically asked them to send me only ones that sink in a container of water to determine viable ones. They sent me 5 more dead ones, after which I did not bother. Title said "5 Big Healthy Seeds". No, they were NOT. Not 1 viable seed.Bought in Feb planted just to verify even though I knew they would not grow for sure. Review in May, dug seeds out just to be 100% sure. All still dead. No signs of growth at all, only decay.

You have 14 days to return a seed it takes that long to sprout which not one of them did. This company is a scam. I ordered two of these not one sprouted and I am a avid gardener

checking if your seeds sink in a glass of water is the easiest way to check if your seeds are viable and wether you should invest the next three months of your life caring for a live tree rather than a larva infested pod, eating up all your efforts and resources. I have no doubt this is exactly the method CZ Grain uses as they collect these seeds. So, when I don't receive a single viable seed, I have no option but to believe that this company only sends out rotten seeds it's just going to throw away. Even if one of these seeds becomes a plant, it will never survive as a tree. So, you may have gotten my $10, CZ Grain, but you will miss out on hundreds of dollars I spend every month on my roughage.

All the seeds float on the surface in a cup of water. All the seeds are bad! What a waste of time! I want a complete refund! If I could give a negative rating I would, but alas I can only give a 1 star rating!
