It's a BEAST!
My daughter is/was a huge pacifier fan. She has cerebral palsy and some other things going on with her like sensory/development/emotional/behavioral to name a few. She gets very upset when in "HULK" mode and often times doesnt realize she had broken her pacifiers from biting and ripping them of course with her teeth. After all shes 5 years old. The regular chewys were not good for her. But this thing can take a beating! It works so well we hooked it to her pacifier so when she was mad she use it instead. Her pacifier was ready for the trash anyways. She didnt want to loose it, told her I cant buy them no more too expensive to keep buy them and they break. She was ok throwing away her last pacifier and use this instead, kind of like a soother, like the pacifier was to her, a biting angry tool as well. Now she only ask for it when she really cant calm down or when shes being the "HULK" (which is 50% of the time) I wish it could be in flavors as well, would be awesome! Different shapes possibly like a pacifier lol or mushroom, haha, anything I guess...Sorry for my review being so long..

Be careful!!! While this item does what it's supposed to do, it does not last. My son was able to bite the tip off within 2 days. Luckily he did not choke but this could be very dangerous!

Will see how replacement does
So mine broke within a few hours of getting it I took it out of the package and it must’ve already been broken some because it came apart at one portion but I still gave it to my son and then he said it down somewhere and when I went back to it it was missing a full trunk I contacted Amazon they’re sending me a new one so I mean I don’t know if this so mine broke within a few hours of getting it I took it out of the package and it must’ve already been broken some because it came apart at one portion but I still gave it to my son and then he sat it down somewhere and when I went back to it it was missing a full tank I contacted Amazon they’re sending me a new one so I mean I don’t know if this Was just a defective one or what like I’ve mentioned another reviews Amazon is usually very good about their returns and everything so I’m imagining that the next one will be fine I bought the attachment thing so that I can clip it to his clothes since he does better with the ones with the handle than the ones that are just on a necklace

A bit toughwe than expected. I read a lot of reviews saying its great for hard chewers so that's an indication that it has some grit to it but it was off putting for my daughter initially because it was so tough she couldn't get any give with her teeth, there was no bounce. I told her to stick with it and try to wear it down, which she has done and she admits its a bit more enjoyable, but she only uses it at bedtime because it feels like work to her so through the day she's still chewing on EVERYTHING, and it's mean everything. I think she'd chew on my things if I allowed it.Looking into getting her the lego looking necklace. It seems, to me, better to have one she enjoys that will wear down and I can replace than one I never have to replace because she won't even use it.

Great for toddlers
My 20 month old son puts everything in his mouth and likes to chew on everything. We bought this to give him something "safe" to chew and to help with his 2-yr molars. He calls this his "key" (based on the shape) and chews on it regularly. I like that it easily reaches his back teeth (where those molars are coming in) and doesn't just work as an infant chew toy would on the front teeth. When we catch him chewing on something inappropriate (or mouthing us since he knows not to bite) we hand him his chew toy and everyone is satisfied. The material seems very durable and easily washable.

Nice Teether
We bought this to replace a baby teething tube which our son absolutely loved but our dog chewed up. He absolutely loved that thing but I didn't want to spend $20 on it again. This was our alternative. While he does like to chew on it, it doesn't keep him occupied as long as the baby teething tube did. He doesn't have teeth so it's still in one piece so far. I read a couple reviews where parents said their kids bit the end off. Hasn't happened for us yet. I will update if it does.

Good for older children too
My son has always been an early teether with lots of pain when they come in. I bought this chew tube for him when he was 4 and his 6yo molars were coming in, and it worked really well. He's 9 now and his 12yo molars are breaking through. So, I pulled this tube out of the drawer and he's happily gnawing away on it. He says it helps more than Tylenol but less than ibuprofen. 😊

Great for molar teething!
My 13 month old has 4 molars coming in at once. Pain meds aren't enough to keep her comfortable anymore. She's not a huge fan of teethers and none of the ones she has hit the right spots anyway, so she has been chewing on her fingers constantly.Baby's opinion: The Knobby Super Chew is a definite success. The unique shape allows her to chew on just the right spots while the closed loop end makes it easy for her to hold. The rubbery material is firm but has enough give to feel good on the gums.Mom's opinion: The Knobby Super Chew keeps EB content when she is most uncomfortable from teething. The closed loop also allows me to attach a toy strap to it so the teether doesn't hit the floor if she drops or tosses it. Also, the rubbery material is easy to clean. Great buy!

Great product
This is the chew toy my autistic son favours. He gets through a few a year, he can be quite an aggressive chewer. He will only chew the tip as well so we do get through them quicker than if he chewed other parts of it. Have purchased from this company a few times for it and can definitely recommend as delivery is always very quick.

Wouldn't recommend for aggressive chewers
One week into using this chew and it's already got to go into the bin, it has split and my son doesn't even use this one everyday. Really disappointed as it states it is suitable for aggressive chewers and less than 7 days use and it is unusable.

Tough chew!
My son uses the chewbuddy advanced chews. I bought him this as I thought he may use it more and it looks less likely to hurt his jaw after a while. He actually uses it no more or less than the other, but it has definitely stood the test of time and hasn't broken yet! Easier for me to thread into his lanyards.

Really sturdy, great shape for child to hold and chew
My son has ASD and loves this, he's chewed it for hours and it's still perfect. Lasted much longer than many others. He loves the shape too and holds on to the handle
