This product contained the key ingredients I was looking for, without added extras that I didn't want (eg St John's Wort, or fillers).Already in the first week of its use, I've found it to reduce the severity of overnight hot flushes and nightsweats considerably, particularly evident by the contrast experienced in the two nights I forgot to take the capsule. The capsule transforms/reduces what was previously torrents of sweat and consequently sodden pyjamas and towels on the bed & pillow, to slightly damp pyjamas, not necessitating changes of sleepwear and towels during the night and not consequentially interrupting sleep. I am hopeful that continued use of it will sustain and improve this further. Very pleased.

Purchased these as it’s got the 3 key ingredients I’d come across when researching natural remedies for menopausal night sweats. Mine were really bad. After a couple of days of taking them my night sweats reduced. I missed a few days after I had been takin them a week and the night sweats came back. After a couple of days of taking them again the night sweats reduced. They have now gone completely and I’m sleeping right through the night again. I’m so happy. And the price is really good so definitely worth trying ladies. I’d looked at other products but some are so expensive. I highly recommend this product.

Seriously, if you are suffering from hot flushes, 24 hrs a day, then you have to try this! I started on the 10th of October and within 10 days they had completely stopped. Im 48 and in September I all of a sudden started having hot flushes. I slept awful cause I was hot, then cold cause I was on top of the blankets... horrible! But thanks to these they have 100% stopped! Dont hesitate! Get it!

Hi ladies.I am 57. A late starter to the dreaded menopause. As like the other reviews I have had night sweats for months coupled with hot flushes what feels like an internal body temperature of 100 degrees. It’s due to the amazing reviews I read that I purchased this product. I have total faith and will let you know how I get on. 😊

Doesn’t seem to be as good as previous black cohosh that I’ve tried and has an after taste

Brilliant product. Took a couple of weeks taking one a day to be fully effective, but happily my temperature now stays where it should be with no fluctuations at all! Honestly ladies of a certain age, (I’m 47) just buy it and try it! x
