Hmmmmm. it was meh for me
Im on my third pack of these noodles and hmm.. First pack was ok, my brain realized they werent read noodles and started making my stomach growl lol. But on pack #2 and #3 I got opposed to the texture. Texture is similar to a jelly fish and i dont like that... at all. It was defd off putting for me, lots of people wont mind but because of this im not sure if ill be ordering again. I ate mine with speghetti and salmon alfredo... taste is ok, noodles dont normally have a taste. Good alternatives for those who dont mind texture and easy to make.

Better Keto Pasta alternatives
These noodles are not the worst and not the best. They do have a weird consistency in any dish served. I can normally handle any keto alternative but these noodles have a weird consistency. In another review it mentioned that these noodles are kind of tasteless, which is true. However, that’s not really why we eat pasta right? Plus, there is a much better alternative for pasta out there. Just had keto lasagna with a better alternative pasta noodle called Palmini noodles. You can also purchase them on Amazon. Much better consistency. The taste won’t be amazing but I’d rather not eat tasteless rubber.

Thicker Version of the Normal Angel Hair Shirataki Noodles
Shirataki noodles is an ingredient that my family has been using in soups and hot pots for years. The Kiss My Keto Konjac Noodles are exactly like the shirataki noodles I've purchased before and add a unique texture without adding carbs or a lot of calories like wheat-based noodles. The noodles have a slightly crunchy texture, and like most konjac noodles, have no flavor. The initial "konjac smell" has a strange scent when the bag is first opened, but it quickly dissipates when you rinse as directed. After rinsing, it's recommended to parboil for two minutes before frying without oil if you're using it like spaghetti, but if you're adding it to a broth, you can skip the frying step. Our family usually just rinses off the noodles and adds it to whatever soup base we are using at the time. These noodles are best used in soups where the broth is very flavourful as these noodles don't have much flavor and because it's precooked, you don't have to worry about under or overcooking it - you're pretty much boiling it to reheat. These noodles also have a very unique texture, which is best described as "bouncy"...although it looks like it would be soft and chewy like rice noodles, these noodles have a slight "crunch" to them. The closest thing I can compare it to would be like a rubber band...it's not tough, but it definitely isn't soft like most noodles are. I personally don't think these would work well in Italian tomato sauce or cream sauce, but prefer to use these with most soy-based soups, dashi, and pho recipes. One thing that is unique to this particular noodle is the shape - I haven't tried a fettuccine version of this noodle before, and I really liked the thickness of it. This brand is a bit more pricey than what I can get at my Asian Supermarket but is definitely convenient to get if I just want it shipped to my door. It's a unique and tasty ingredient when used in Asian cuisine and something I would get again.

Noodle Review
It was ok! Made it with spaghetti sauce. I was hoping for a more authentic “noodle” it was a little slimy but wasn’t terrible.

Noodles take on any flavor that I add. Quick easy mid afternoon snack.
I was leery trying it because it is a keto food. I don't do keto, but I try to keep my carbs balanced. In the afternoon, I always crave carbs and I wondered if this would be a good snack food for that 3 pm what can I eat moment. This could be the answer I was looking for. This is an interesting noodle. To bite into it is chewy and rubbery. It is that kind of texture that I keep going back for. I like it. The noodle is flavorless. It is a blank canvas for whatever sauce or vegetables I add.To prepare it, it was super easy. The noodles are in water in the bag. I poured them in a strainer. Rinsed. Added to boiling water for 2 minutes. Dried in pot. Added sauce. I decided to add a red sauce to it for my first try. It is nothing like eating a bowl of pasta, but I like it a lot. The flavor is only the sauce I added to it. The pasta is just a texture thing and a vehicle for the sauce. The noodles have not changed in the 30 minutes I have had it out.It is a good mid afternoon snack for me. No bad carbs. 10 calories in the whole bag. I like that for a quick dinner, I can add vegetables and any sauce I want to transform it into a quick meal. I would probably use the noodles for an excuse to eat bread with that particular meal!Ingredients- I like the simplicity of them. Purified water, konjac flour and lime water. Grain free, 0 sugar, Gluten free. Soy free, 0 net carbs. 3 grams of fiber per serving. It works.

Texture is super chewy and hard to get through
No flavor, which is fine. Weird initial smell, which is fine, but the texture is horrendous and totally not fine. Super chewy and doesn’t cut like regular noodles. Kept stringing, took forever chewing, I kept choking. I couldn’t finish eating my meal. Not worth the money
