I wanted a one piece compression sleeve that would support my lower leg and knee. I am 5'10 and this sleeve starts at my ankle and rests 8 inches above my knee. It does not slide down while on my fast paced morning 3 mile walks. It's comfortable and gives me the protection from muscle tears and knee pain. I highly recommend these sleeves.

They fit my big legs very well and they are quite comfortable. I purchased them to help control the swelling after I blew out my patellar tendon and due to scheduling issues, I had to wait 2 weeks for corrective surgery. My knee was selling so bad it hurt, once I got these on, within 12 hours the swing was controlled and within 24 it was going down. They have also helped the strain on my other leg that it's having to take up the extra load.I'm only writing this review because I am buying a second set since I'll need them for a while. The only con I have with them is that the velcro is VERY STRONG so it'll grab the cloth and pull it causing visible snags. It's only cosmetic so I'm not to worried about it.

FOR REFERENCE:I am 6'2", 225lbs. If you measure 8" above my knee cap, I measure 24". I purchased the XXXXL (4X). It fits very well. DO NOT measure based on the picture in the listing at 4", make sure it is 8" above the knee cap like the text says. Normally I wear XL Shirts, XL Shorts and my waist is 38".I have seen some references that the ankle area doesn't fit well. I can say that if you do not have more developed calves, you may experience this. At the base, it is about a finger width apart while I am resting, however it is snug on the calf muscle itself. Once I start working out, the fit doesn't become an issue, especially if I focus on calves.Overall, I will say this is a good bargain for what you are paying.Scores out of 5Fit = 4.5Value = 5Feeling of Material = 4.5Accuracy of fit measurements = 4 (only because the picture contradicts the text, follow the text).The only reason for 4/5 stars is most people go off of pictures and not reading the text, and the text is accurate for measurements, the picture about 4" is not. I bought these for a friend of mine. She has heart problems so her legs swell up really bad. There's a lot of mixed reviews on them but we gave them a chance and she loves them. She said they fit wonderful, they don't slide around and they make her legs feel better. She said they almost feel like they massage her legs. She love that they are Easy to Use, the Compression is really good, and they perform well.

When you lay this flat on a table, you can see that it is not shaped like a leg at all. It is a straight-edged cone shape. Guess what? Legs are not straight-edged cone shapes. The fit on this feels really awkward, it's too tight in some areas and too loose in others. Particularly, the top of the thigh is way too tight, and the bottom of the calf is so loose it looks more like a pair of pants that I can fit a few fingers into rather than a compression sleeve.The build quality on this is nice, it's a nice feeling material, it just needs to be shaped better so it has a more even fit across the piece.

I bought these to help control swelling from a knee replacement. They are just what I needed. The material is thick enough that it doesn’t start to strech after a long day. Very comfortable and they also give a little padding. No problems with them not staying up. I can definitely tell a difference when I am wearing them

I got the biggest size after measuring and I was surprised it was actually a little big. It works really well and makes my knee, hamstring, and calf feel so much better. It does roll down occasionally so I wear it differently on my skin.

I will say that these Compression Sleeves work and they are comfortable. My only issues with these are that top rolls down to the strap. I have stopped this by just folding the top part over the strap and there’s no more rolling! I wonder if you sewed the strap at the top whether that would solve this! I got the 3XL ones because I have big legs and they fit comfortable and snug not loose at all which is a good thing. They definitely help with recovering from injury to the knee or calf/hamstring. I do have to say I don’t feel pain while wearing them and when I take them off the pain has eased. They have helped with my pain while I sleep as well!I am confident once again in my steps!! :)

Even though we followed the directions and we measured it is too small. We just tried it on. There was no 3x available. I don't think I will ever buy this type of thing on line
