This product was purchased due to the fact it helps strengthen the immune system. I figured with Covid going around, this product would give our children an extra boost to their immune system.The product is also BPA free, Gluten free, Dairy free, Allergen free, and no added sweeteners, which is a plus in my book.Our girls have one pouch every night. I actually bought applesauce cups and they wanted the pouches instead. Let me add. They can be picky eaters.

While these are more than other brands, our granddaughter asks for these a couple times a day which is not what she does with other brands very often.
