I needed a new paring knife and saw the reviews for this one. Then I saw the price and thought well it will be as good as 10 quid gets me. So I took a punt on it. So glad I did! It is an amazing little knife, sharp and easy to use / hold. Sliced through pototoes like they were butter. Equally so with parsnips and even swede!Strong and well made.Love it!Delivered quickly and presented in a lovely box.The fantastic price was the icing on the cake.I haven't been this delighted with a purchase for a long time.Definitely recommend

This is an excellent sturdy paring knife. If like me, you don't want to spend much money on a basic paring knife, as you use it for so many different jobs and sharpen it until its a nub... this is an excellent choice.

Sharp knife that makes short work of chopping/slicing fruit and veg. Be careful if you decide to handwash rather than sticking it in the dishwasher as it's very sharp. Only had it few weeks so only time wiil tiil if cutting edge maintained.

For the price, great knife. Really nice weight in the hand, which is what I wanted in a paring knife. The factory edge is wanting a little, but the steel is soft so it'll need more maintenance after re-sharpening.
