How to Catch a Leprechaun: A Saint Patrick's Day Book for Kids

Wonderful book with very clever rhymes and fantastic illustrations. It makes a great gift for St Patrick's day and any child will enjoy it.

Purchased this book for Read across America and it was a hit. What a fun, bright book about catching the magical tricky green leprechaun. This will be a go to treasure each March.

I purchased this book for my grandson for St. Patrick's day. Personally, I was not crazy about it as I thought the lead into the story wasn't great. It's all about a child trying to make a trap to catch a Leprechaun. However, my grandson was wild about it, so who am I to say? He was so inspired, that he made his own Leprechaun trap! Anytime you can get a 3 1/2 year old to sit and listen to a story it's a plus and he has listened to this story 2 dozen times already! Also, anytime you can inspire a child to create something using their imagination, that a HUGE plus! This book, it turns out, is great.

We love this series. And the st patricks day version dis not disappoint! The story is sing songs and cutesy. My children love it. And they learned a few new facts about leprechauns

My 6 yr old loves all of the "How To..." books! She loves to try setting up some of the same traps for the different "creatues"!
