This product works fine, but it seems to be a bit delicate. I had dropped it by mistake and now its does not light in the lowest setting of the flame.

Till date from the purchased day I am liking this product being easy to use. The only downside of it is the refill nozel is placed way too deep /inside the case. The rest OK for the deal.

Disappointment
The media could not be loaded. Very bad product .. I ordered 2 of this recently and gave extra delivery charges also .. highly disappointed after one use the gas was finished .. that means paying this price just to lit 3 candles ..
