Superior Customer Service, very nice product!
First off, the customer service was top notch, very quick response to my inquiry and immediately resolved the issue. Unfortunately one of the bottles had broken during delivery but they completely took care of it for me. We've tried two of the pastes so far and find them to be very flavorful, overall a quality product. I like that they also have a website with some recipe ideas. This is a great set, perfect size and I would recommend giving them a try!Thank you! Kristi

The best yellow curry out there

Good stuff but expensive
Taste pretty good and fair easy to make your own Thai curry dishes. Just mix a half jar of paste with a can of coconut milk, but MUST ADD SALT and SUGAR to bring to your taste. I prefer its red curry than its green curry although I am very much a green curry person. My only complaint is that once factoring in the cost of curry paste, coconut milk, and other ingredients, including Kaffir lemon leaves, it costs almost as expensive as ordering from a restaurant.

I love this curry paste but I these arrived with broken seals and all the lids off the jars of paste.

Great flavor
We chop a bunch of onion, bell pepper, carrots, potatoes and heat with coconut oil. Add a few teaspoons of this sauce, a can of coconut milk, 2 cups of chicken bone broth, a little salt, a bag of frozen peas, and simmer about an hour.Serve with fresh cilantro and twist of fresh lime juice.Delicious!!

Decent, but not a GO-TO stellar curry.
My weird "thing" during the pandemic? I have been on a journey to find the ultimate curry.Consistency and color were both nice - a bright green color, and a thick, uniform consistency easy to cook with. That said, I was not a fan. There was minimal aroma. It was quite spicy (green chili is listed first on the ingredients); it was spicy even at smaller “doses,” and it quickly loses flavor in smaller doses. And at higher doses, the spice is so intense that it overpowers the flavors. Ultimately, I barely smelled or tasted the lime, lemongrass or kaffir lime leaves (just my opinion). I would cook with it again, but it is not among my leading choices.
