Wonderful product

I've used fennel in a red pasta sauce for years and finally had to replenish my stock of fennel. I used it last night and it was perfect. I'll freeze the rest to preserve its lifetime.

This product is lacking flavor. I can barely tell what it is. This should smell sweet, but doesn't.
