Being 30 now it seems like I deal with a bit more wax build up than usual which might be because I've used earbuds for years, but this little ear spray has been a huge help in breaking up the wax. I was feeling pretty miserable not being able to hear anything until getting this stuff. One thing to note with this stuff though is to let the spray do a similar effect to getting water in your ears when you tilt your head to spray twice. Let it set for a few seconds and have either a paper towel or toilet paper the remaining amount can drip on to. May help to try and pop ears by acting like you're going to yawn a few times after.

I got the OTC guard because I thought it would help with my ear. Itchy, yes flaky skin, yes, dry my ear is very dry. I was hoping this would help moisturize my ear, and get the itchiness under control. It seems to work somewhat. I don't know how it works with breaking down ear wax, because that's not a problem that I have. My biggest problem is the noise that is made when you squirt the goo oil into your ear. It's a bit Sharp but this is better than the other oil that I bought which drips down my neck. It doesn't smell which is nice, because some of the other ones that I've used have a garlic base and sometimes you can smell the garlic as it goes in.

I have a lot of wax in my ears all the time and I was looking for something that would loosing your the ear wax and make it easier to remove from my ears this is very easy to use and works awesome now I can do it at home without having to wait for a doctor appointment

Don't waste your money, did nothing to remove my ear wax...ended up going to my MD to have it removed. The sprayer was too hard to push, had to have my husband do it.

I love the way you put it in your ear canal its easy and gets deep within your ear to clean. Ive ordered this many times!

I gave this a second chance. This time I applied this oil and let it sit. Then I flushed it using the spray bottle Doctor applicator that has the little tube. Then waited applied some Debrox thats when it fizzled and I kept my head tilted then waited and then took the flat metal scoop tool and it came out a big plug. I camera it with the anykit which worked TOTALLY and between this and that and the other thing I saved myself a visit to the ENT ..sure I spent twice what a ENT copay visit with my insurance but now next time I have the tools and means to not let myself lose my hearing in one ear and have tintinitus all night and day. Now when I scope my ears using the otoscope my ear drum is intact white and happy.
