Delivered on time. Product it self is very nice but I will suggest to the seller to review on their poor packaging. Over all I would recommend it.

It looks nice and work like a dream and spreads the smoke well. Only thing is the lid get hot. So when adding more oud you need to use something to pick up the lid.

Does not much resemble the photographs in the item description.Cheap gold-ish paint used on plastic-like metal, with none of the finer work shown, e.g. on the crescent, which on mine is plain garish yellowy gold. Given the price, and the item's context, this is a shame.
