Used to Rehang Shutters on Brick Walls
They do exactly what they're designed to do. Easily installed into existing holes where the old fasteners were.

Issue with painting
I put 2 coats of paint of these and gave it plenty of time to dry between coats and 2nd coat and installing.I used a very small hammer to secure, but a couple of paint came off the fasteners. If there are special instructions on painting these, they should be posted on the bag.

Just what I needed
Extremely easy to use/install. I would advise you to make sure the old anchors are removed completely first. Do not leave any part of the previous anchor in the hole.
