Best brushes ever! The bristles are soft enough to untangle without breaking hair without causing static. It is ideal for straight hair whether thin or thick. When you use them on wet hair they still manage to run smoothly. The bristles also seem to "massage" your scalp while brushing and without causing the follicles to erupt in oil. I have one in my bath tub, one in my purse and one in my vanity; now I bought these two additional because everybody that comes to my house and has tried it has managed to keep it. I had a very difficult time finding these anywhere because my first 3 had the name erased from the handle and from so much use. I'm just glad I found them here.

I've had it for a few days now. Initially bought it for my daughter. She's got curly hair and I was told this could detangle without pulling. I have to say it is better than others on that but it leaves the hair like a big static freezy puff on her hair, making it the worst brush to use on her with dry hair.Tried on my hair (straight) and did the job but gives a lot of volume. So if you look for volume, you want this.I will return.

My hair stylist gave me the larger of these two brushes when I first had my daughter, saying it was a great brush for fine kids' hair and getting tangles out. Five years later, it's really held up and the bristles are still as good as the day I received it! It's the best quality brush I have ever used, and often found myself using it on myself borrowing it when I couldn't find my own hairbrush. Now that I have a second child, I purchased this set so that we could all have one! I love the travel size version too; it's just as effective and easy to slip into a purse when you're on the go.

This brush is very good, my first one last 20 years, thanks to Amazon I found it again.the bristles are strong but soft, it doesn’t scratch your scalp.I recommend it

These are the most amazing brushes I have ever owned. Bought based on reviews as a random find. Do not regret it and will never go back to regular brushes again! Very soft feel and amazing brushing experience; hair is silky and very smooth afterwards, and does not pull on it as hard as other brushes. Cannot recommend enough!

I have had a hairbrush made by Splendid for over 30 years. I searched for this brush and this came up. It looked a lot like my brush so I ordered this. This is the first brush I have found that has come anywhere close to my Splendid brush. I love it. I am sure I will have it for I hope 30 years.
