I received the backpack today. I love it. It is not to big and very comfortable to wear. I got it for traveling. Perfect size for a laptop and iPad plus room for other things.

Lots of places to put things. Used it for traveling on a plane, overnight and beach.

Just travelled with this bag to South Africa. Was a great bag for its versatility and usefulness. It was great as a computer/tech bag and as a carry on on the plane and worked equally well as a getaway bag for a few days of clothes etc.

I opened the amazon delivery box to find..........this. It must be me? There is not a thing that I can rave about. After reading all the 5 star reviews, this really sounded really perfect. But.... Take a look at the second thumbnail. This is what I saw when I opened the amazon box. My initial thought was that something is missing, like where is the luggage flap that goes over this? Forgive me for being ignorant. There is nothing that covers that hard panel. That was it, and that's the side that would be on my back when wearing it. I don't get it. It looks not finished, even looks broken! I'm still scratching my head! I'll try to attach a picture. If you want a normal case, it's not this one. And to open the main compartment, you need to be a magician. It's getting returned fast.
