Never know quite what you're going to get when you buy at a cheapest price but these are superb. They take the weight happily of both kayaks, fit as expected and fold down lovely when not in use. I would recommend using your own straps or buying some quality ones as you can't get everything perfect for this price. Apart from that superior to anything that is "always up" imo.

Nowhere near as sturdy as https://amzn.eu/d/1XXDASD but those mounts won't fit if you have less than an inch clearance between the roof and the bars, not bad mounts but the supplied straps suck, and I think if I was to put my big malibu 2xl on these they would struggle. They do fold up nicely and ive used them for my smaller ocean kayak frenzys with no bother, so 4 stars it is

Bought this and the first time I used it It collapsed and was all floppy my kyack came off the roof of my car at around 25 mph !!I used heavy duty ratchet straps so they didn’t bounce down the roadCar scratched and kyacks scrapedThey are cheap feeling and don’t grip properlyAnd then pop as I’m driving alongDO NOT BUY !!!

The description said it would hold the front wheel of an adults bike. It did not at all. Sent back for refund.

Nice and sturdy (not sure how one reviewer broke one) these hold and support our heaviest sit in kayak with ease and as for my lightweight it's a doddle, one thing however the cam strap supplied is OK BUT the plastic buckle is very weak so either swap the buckle for a metal one or buy new straps
