Soy 32 de pantalos y el 32 me quedo un poco grande, el 30 quedaria perfecto, vienen un poco amplios. la tela tiene un poco de strech para BJJ y Pateo comodo. Sin duda recomendado.

pedí el 38 y me quedo muy bien, tal vez si vienen amplios pues uso 40 en pantalón pero ajustó muy bien. Practico bjj con el y no he tenido problemas, muy recomendable

I use these shorts for BJJ and they are great. Flexible and comfortable, I am going to buy some more pairs once I have the budget for it.

High Quality made - great value
I am 6'3", 33 waist and find the 34" pretty loose around the waist and am depending on drawstrings to keep the shorts in place. Length is perfect for my height. 34" Would fit a 35-36 waist perfectly. Overall very happy with quality and design of the product.
