Not spicy. This is a creamy lightly textured sweet creamed corn with the naturally smoky flavor of poblano but with zero heat. It is really nice tasting. This Sweet Corn and Roasted Poblano soup is really good. I really like the Well Yes! line from Campbells. The ingredients are good, soups have a fresh taste, and they can be consumed hot or cold. Though warmed up is always best, in my opinion. But they just all seem to have a taste and texture that is pleasant enough cold, which makes it a great addition to an emergency pantry, or added to a hiking pack, car kit, or daily carry in my purse. A little food anytime.Heating up is easy. Take off lid, peel off the top, then heat in microwave for a minute. Then take out and replace the sipping lid. Or pour all into bowl and just eat how you want. This would be really nice paired with a hunk of bread.INGREDIENTS: WATER, CORN, CREAM, ROASTED POBLANO CHILI PEPPERS, CORNSTARCH, CARROTS, SALT, CABBAGE, CELERY, ONIONS, SPICES, MILK PROTEIN CONCENTRATE. I used to buy this at Albertsons Market, but they are not carrying it any more, so I ordered online..it is not over spiced or over salted and the taste of tomato with red bell pepper is good with a bit of thickness...it is the only tomato soup I buy

I really enjoy the Well, Yes! soups. I like all of the flavors but some flavors are hard to find at times. The lid was hard for me to get off with arthritic hands but I like the heating convenience. The cup is easy to drink from. I wish it wasn't so expensive but I watch for sales. Even at full price, I think it is worth it. The soup is surprisingly filling and has a great taste.

Okay so first time trying this and it's exceeded my expectations. Exactly what I was hoping it would taste like. It's distinctive flavor wise but in the best way. I love it. Will be buying again!

It is really good soup as far as taste but the black lid is very hard to remove. I guess that is to make sure it stays on after it's heated. The soup itself is delicious, not spicy but lots of flavor. It's just the right size for a quick snack if I have an something going on after work and don't have time for a proper meal.The price is a sticking point as the price fluctuates greatly. The almost impossible cap is another. Probably won’t buy this again.

This has become one of my go-to staples in my pantry. It is soothing and comforting, so satisfying. I buy it by the case of 8!

Very good flavor but as with most things with chilies, for our family, could be spicier.
