This herbal supplement was recommended to me by my acupuncturist. It is a solid basic Chinese herbal formula. I found it gave me loads of energy. Been taking it for years

Seems pretty good at lowering blood sugar as it makes me feel kinda light headed if I take it first thing in the morning. With food it isn’t too bad. Use it mostly for spleen health as I had a spleen infection previously. When my TCM prescribed Codonopsis Pilosula (Dan Sheng) to me I also felt a boost of energy. Unfortunately it did not have that effect like the isolated herb and now almost finished the bottle. It’s just something I take once in a while for my spleen/immunity/energy as per my TCM‘s recommendations. If this doesn’t compliment your problems then it won’t help as much!

My acupuncturist suggested this for low energy. It helps without giving me the jitters of caffeine or other stimulants.

Good product herbal no harm to other organs

This is my first time taking Chinese Herbs and this is my experience. I looked for the formula Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang because I read it could help with pelvic organ prolapse. I took about 3 pills 2-3x per day as instructed on the bottle.I found this formula made me very tired. I was also very thirsty and my urine was crystal clear. After 6 days I had bleeding from my rectum. It could be a coincidence but I looked up all the herbs on the bottle and 3 of them are anticoagulants. Right now I am going to discontinue. Not sure if all formulas of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang contain the same herbs.

So far it has been very effective.
