Two DIFFERENT concerts !
English is not my native language.I saw a part of a Cure concert on tv.It was 'Anniversary'I wanted to purchase/experience the complete concertFirst I did not understand it was a part of the 'Curaetion' box set.It does not matter which box you buy (DVD or Blu) There are always two discs and thus two concerts.Right now I own the cheapest 2disc set (without book)I played 'Anniversary' for an entire week (!)Good picture - good sound - Bright images (filmed outside in park)Then I played 'Curaetion'.Picture is dark, filmed inside venue, sound is lessAnd songs are from earlier period - Probably this is how they meant it to be.Some songs I did not even know they existed. (from first three albums)Probably I prefer the more contemporary Cure songsSo as I mentioned: TWO DIFFERENT CONCERTS( I prefer the Hyde Park 'Anniversary' :D )The very first song of Curaetion 'Three Imaginary Boys' is NOT in 1920/1080P HDThey managed to f0ck 0p / degrade/ downscale it to 360 4:3 picture frame ?????Why?????I could not find this anywhere on the internet.Enjoy these concerts! Cheers from the Continent!

A real treat! Worth the wait. Thankyou to The Cure!
Was a little disappointed* that the set only came with the two shows and CDs as advertised. It didn't, for example, include anything from the (hopefully) upcoming album or a remastered version of In Orange; there weren't even genuine, vintage, replacements for my worn out Cure T shirts in the box so I considered giving it just two stars*! However, Hyde Park was an amazing day and the film captures that (a shame Robert's cross to the sun and melting comment was omitted). I am not bothered about whether Cureation has been filmed to full HD quality, as Hyde Park was, it looks and sounds great to me, a few of my favourite more obscure tracks are on that. What a brilliant celebratory year they have had! The bonus book is a fab addition to this set too. P.S. Amazon had reduced the Blu-ray version to just under £47 which is extremely good value. (*I'm kidding, in those parts obviously, but think reviews not related to the actual, advertised, product need deleting).

A superb quality set of an amazing band
In my sixties and wondering how The Cure passed me by. Last year I was intrigued to try "Disintegration" after reading a long article in my vinyl specialist magazine, and I've never looked back! I then saw them on the Glastonbury broadcast and was blown away. So i purchased all their albums, escalated Disintegration to my favourite album Top 10 list, and became a very late fan. So this boxed set was a must buy, and for any fan of The Cure it needs to be in your collection. Superbly produced, a fab quality set, great sound, stunning visuals - what's not to like? And a fair price too.If you haven't got it already, you really do need to place an order!!

A amazing gig
A amazing gig with the song Why Can't I Be You (see the CD for Can or Can't). In my dictionary Can't don't exist. In some english mean can not.

Magnificent
Wow. This is just amazing with something for everyone. For the casual Cure fan there is the Summer fun at Hyde Park with a string of their greatest hits. For the purists there is the wonderful Curaetion set. I particularly love the later, with its gritty production and nostalgic set list.A must for Cure fans of all generations.
