I wish I had a before and after!
Over a year ago, I really wasn't sure what just a book could do to change a life. Well, 13 months and 64 pounds less, this book has change my life! Traci has changed my life, I hope someday to tell her. This book isn't easy, it's hard. It's easy to understand. It takes everything you have to give at changing your lifestyle to be healthier. And, at over 50, you can get healthier. Every measure in my body from glucose level, cholesterol, even reducing a CPAP machine halving blood pressure medicine, it can all change! If you don't have the self-will to follow what's in this book, get a partner. Commit to the change in diet and the regular exercise and you will see a change. Best book I've ever bought on Amazon!

The Belly Burn Plan has changed my life. I started the program when Traci was writing the book. It has been well over a year and my weight is still off. I have changed the way I eat and exercise and I feel great. Traci's recipes are very satisfying and really good. My whole family loves them, especially the pot pie. Traci's plan has helped me lose the weight that I slowly gained over many years and was unable to lose. I have enjoyed the workouts and am so much stronger. I highly recommend this plan!

I really like the plan
I really like the plan. I bought the digital version and I think if I had the paperback I would have given it five stars. The ease of following the charts is difficult in the digital version (on my phone). The plan works and I've lost 6 pounds so far!

Not Groundbreaking
First off, Caffeine is not allowed on any "plan". To me this is not a Life style it is a death sentence! The book sticks to the basics of portion control, low carb and HIIT - the basics of most plans so for me it wasn't a worthwhile read.

Recipes in baking area were lacking flavor
I found this informative, but also had some "holes" in it. Tried many of the recipes. Savory recipes were good, but the baking (muffins) were seriously lacking in flavor. Complaints from my husband!

Best Belly Burn Plan EVER!
This diet plan is incredible! Different from any other plans I've ever researched or tried. I was able to determine my body shape and base my nutrition needs based on them. I'm currently only using the shopping list provided in the book. I love this book and have recommended it to many friends since I started the Belly Burn Plan. I've already lost 2lbs. Haven't measured my waist yet but my pants are loose.

Serious weightloss possible when you eat for your body type!
What a no-nonsense book for those serious about shedding some pounds and eating for their specific body type. Easy DELICIOUS recipes using "normal" foods. I've lost 10 pounds without even one hunger pang. Highly recommend and the author, Traci is very responsive to emails if you have any questions.I've been "dieting" for 30 years, this is the FIRST book that really makes sense.

Excellent especially when you have just come back from Holliday
I did the three day belly burn plan and lost nearly 4lbs, I was over the moon, doing a lot of the blenders especially for breakfast or lunch, keeping wait off only need about another 3lb to loose. Excellent especially when you have just come back from Holliday
