USE: Lady bugs prefer to eat aphids and will devour up to 50 a day, but they will also attack scale, mealy bugs, boil worms, leafhopper, and corn ear worm. They dine only on insects and do not harm vegetation in any way. RELEASE: Lady bugs should always be released after sundown since they only fly in the daytime. During the night, they will search the area for food and stay as long as there is food for them to eat. The more they eat the more eggs they lay and the more insect eating larvae you will have. It is best if the area has been recently watered. Ladybugs tend to crawl up and toward light. So release them in small groups at the base of plants and shrubs that have aphids or other insects, and in the lower part of trees. RECOMMENDATIONS: Ladybugs may be kept in the refrigerator after they are received (35-50 degrees F.) and released as needed. Ladybugs received March through May should not be stored more than 2 to 3 days since their body fat has been depleted. From June on, they may be stored 2 to 3 months. It is normal for there to be several dead Ladybugs in the container, especially those received from March through May. These bugs have reached the end of their life cycle.

NOT LADYBUGS! INVASIVE BEETLE
These are asian beetles, not ladybugs. Asian beetles are super invasive and do more harm than good in your garden. When I opened them I noticed the distinct asian beetle “M” shape on the forehead along with the bad smelling yellow stuff all over their packaging, neither of witch true ladybugs do. DO NOT BUY!

This is a company with a strong product and integrity, with whom I will shop again and again.
I created a small indoor garden this winter. The pepper plants got infected with aphids. They were spreading and my plants were dying. As it turns out, ladybugs eat aphids but not plants. Introducing live ladybugs into the environment appeared not only to be an effective, non-pesticide, natural solution, but it's also pretty cool and a bit magical to have ladybugs flying and crawling all around the garden area. There was a mishap in the shipping. UPS had some significant delays. My ladybugs arrived dead. Shopping on Amazon allows us to shop with some very big merchants from all around the globe. Its pretty easy to feel vulnerable as a shopper.Clark & Co. reached out to me. When they discovered UPS's mistake, they immediately reached out and asked what they could do. They offered a full refund, but this didn't solve my problem. They heard me out and put together another package of ladybugs, which they then shipped via FedEx. Thus ensuring the beetles would arrive quickly and in good health. They ladybugs are now crawling and flying around my garden. My plants have adorable new guardians. Clark & Co. have a strong product. When difficulty occurred, through no fault of their own, they demonstrated honesty and integrity in their customer care. They effortfully earned my loyalty. I cannot say enough. Shop with these people.

My money was taken!!
I cannot believe that I paid for 150 lady bugs and maybe got 45 if I was that lucky and there like 20 already dead. I contacted the seller and no response.

Amazing attempt, but did not work out at all.
I was amazed that ladybugs could be shipped at all, and they seemed to be packaged with great care. Only about half of them were alive when I received them, and it seemed like they were barely alive. I don't think this was because of lack of care of the part of the seller; like I said, I'm amazed this can be done at all. I carefully distributed the ladybugs among the plants, following the instructions. I even purchased an additional "ladybug house" from another seller to make my garden even more habitable for the ladybugs. By the following day, there were NO ladybugs to be found in my garden. Maybe the conditions in my garden were just not right for them--I don't know.

Great customer service but no luck with bugs so far.
My 1st shipment was late and the bugs were DOA. The company was very understanding and sent more. I got them in 5 days and many were alive. I have found many dead or dying in my plants. I am trying to leave soggy raisins and lettuce but no luck. Overall happy with the company but not much luck with the bugs.

What's red and black and keeping my houseplants pest-free?
I was nervous these little guys were taking a bit longer than two days. But they came today and I was surprised that they were fine in colder temps! Everyone is alive and ready to be released!

Spider mite's beware !
Did an awesome job on my spider mites , I tried three different approaches before this . Its been three weeks and they are still thriving . I make sure to spray the foliage every couple days to hydrate them . I even made some nesting blocks for them .

Lively ladybugs
This was a great purchase. The little guys arrived on time in a small box. Inside was a mesh pouch filled with ladybugs ready to go! I was pleasantly surprised by how many survived the trip and definitely felt I got what I paid for (if not more)! We had a great time releasing them into our gardens. would buy again
