New Black Rubber Chemical Gloves

Officially these mil-spec gloves are described elsewhere as butyl rubber, which is particularly useful for handling certain acids and solvents, especially acetone. Do your own homework for your particular application, but these may present a cost-effective solution for certain situations. The included cotton liners were junk to me

These are thick and durable; great for oil changes. Dexterity is very low but you don't have to worry about getting burned on a catalytic converter or coolant hose.

I am retired military and these are the same NBC gloves the Army would issue to us. I had a pair for 30 years messing with chemicals and such, still going strong. But I wanted 2 more pairs for my sons. When you get them they will be wrapped in cellophane with silica crystals in and on the gloves. Wash them inside and out to remove the crystals. Then dry them thoroughly inside and out to prevent dry rot. Then I like to add some baby powder to the inside to keep them dry. Treat them good and they will take care of you.

Haven't used these yet, but they seem durable enough for outside chores. They arrived promptly and just as described. A white linger glove comes with the large rubber gloves. This size fits both a women's medium sized hand and a man's large sized hand.

These are basically just rubber gloves. I'm not sure if there are other types of gloves that can offer more protection in the event of a nuclear spill or attack; however, they do not state anywhere on the glove or the package that they will help against "NBC" threats. They just say they are "chemical protective." If anyone knows if there are gloves out there more suited for nuclear protection, please let me know!

I truly value these gloves. The only trouble I have is the cotton liners wearing out. I wish I could find more of them in my size.

These are the same ones i wore while in the Military for my NBC suit and are the same ones i use in my private NBC suit

These gloves are pretty good, cheap price good quality, and even have a little history, mine were made in 87 and last tested in 1990 so I’m not sure they’ll withstand a chemical attack but for the price they’re a cool collectible! Will definitely be buying these guys again, other than the fact that they haven’t been inspected in 28 years, they’re in great condition
