Great Level For A Great Price
This level is every bit as good as others that cost much more. Beautifully made, perfectly accurate ... just a terrific bargain!

Good as a level and a straight edge, but not a ruler.
As the title said, works perfectly fine as a level and a straight edge. However. the ruler printed on it is off by 1/16 of an inch. The way the level is set up, it's 17.5 inches of metal with rulings marked, and a 1/4 inch of black plastic on each end unmarked. The ruler still "starts" and "ends" at the ends of the black pieces, it's just not marked until it gets to metal. It's so that you can press the end flat against something and measure the distance from it exactly. Nothing wrong with that, that's not the problem. It just doesn't properly account for the offset of the printed part. If you hold up any ruler/tape measure to line up with the printed parts, you can see that it hangs off of the starting black end by 1/16". And if you hold it at the start of the black edge, you'll see the markings be 1/16" off from each other. Printing just needs to move down 1/16" of an inch. Kind of an odd mistake to see on something that's supposed to ensure precision. Not the worst thing in the world to have to remember to take off 1/16", so it's still pretty usable. Just would have felt a lot better knowing the thing was a little more precise.

Great Level, Reasonable price
Aluminum is the only way to go; my Fiberglass levels always warp after a while.

Good basic level
There were some very sharp unfinished edges on the ends, but I took care of those with some fine sandpaper (being careful not to touch the leveling surface). Good value for a simple level.

Awesome level. Cheap
Awesome level. Cheap. Well made. The edges a little rough and sharp nothing a sand paper can't do to fix it. All metal. I would buy it again but next time I would buy a 24 in long. Buy it if u need a level. Worth every cent.

Balanced and readable
Very nice level for 24 inch door jambs.

Not as straight as I needed
It works. If you need to level a table, shelf, fridge, tv mount, etc, it'll do the job. It's light, sturdy, and has a quick ruler on one side... but... I was planning to use it for leveling guitar frets. The level I received had an ever-so-slight dip in the middle of the solid side. Well within tolerance for drawing a line and not noticeable if using it the way a level is usually used, but for fret work it's a fail.
