With taps you can pay a lot or a little for what appears to be the same thing.Its a nice tap. It was easy to connect. I took off a star because the button to switch between spray and not is very stiff and so its a bit of a pain when you holding it. I think it will get easier, but other taps i have bought like this, the change is more solid feeling and easier.

Overall, the tap works greatIt is quite a tall tap, so if your sink is underneath a kitchen cabinet, like mine, then it does rub against it if the spout is not in its holster.Also noticed that the hot water pressure is lower than the previous tap I had.Took me 2 hours to fit properly.It says that no wrench is required, however, if you want the tap to be rigid where it sits, then I would recommend tightening with a wrench.

Lovely tap and easily fitted by my competent DIY skills. Certainly value for money and is as well built as taps costing many times more. No problems with rate of flow on either hot or cold water. The head easily comes away from its holder and remains solid when reattached, so is a breeze to use. One thing I wasn't expecting is the fact that the switching between spray and full flow is remembered. By that I mean when you turn the tap off having used the spray setting, it stays as spray setting when you turn it back on......a great feature. One I looked at that was way more expensive didn't have this facility, or should I say I don't remember it having it.Bottom line.....highly recommended.

Looks really stylish, but because the pipes inside the tap are very narrow it has massively reduced the water pressure so much the boiler now doesn’t fire up for the hot water! I now have to save up for the plumber to come back again and make adjustments to all the pipe work under the sink to raise the pressure (which was fine with the old tap). Boiling a kettle at the moment to be able to wash up!

fantastic :) after years of wanting one I finally bought one and I have no regrets at all as im really very happy with it and exactly what I wanted.. works brilliantly and very easy to fit and use aswell. I will be highly recommending this tap to friends and family and actually to be honest I already have ;) product sale picture is quite deceiving as in person yes it's rather large and bulky with some weight to it as expected but it is however a really stunning tap and addition to anyones kitchen I think ;) well it certainly finished my kitchen off anyways! So, Thank You.

I have had this tap fitted less than 6 months and I am so disappointment. The bracket which attaches the tap to the sink is PLASTIC and snapped and my tap was hanging off.For such a top heavy tap, to have a plastic casing is just ridiculous. I’ve now had to pay someone to come out AGAIN to remove and refit a different tap that actually has a metal casing to ensure it lasts. Really really disappointed and frustrated.Along with that the water pressure is dreadfully slow.Waste of money don’t bother or you’ll end up replacing before long.

Is there a 6th star?I can’t get over how awesome this tap is!You can’t tell in this picture but it really makes our kitchen look so much better - not only that it makes cleaning so fun!It’s like a proper KP sink - we wash the dishes every night, never use the machine and this is the best. My husband even makes things dirty just to clean with this tap more hahaahWe got it fitted by an experienced plumber and it is the best thing ever!Love it so much!Best Buy!
